Uploading or using contact lists obtained through scraping, harvesting, or purchasing
Using contact information collected under a different purpose than the one disclosed at the time of collection
Sharing or selling recipient data gathered through our platform to third parties

3.3 Technical Abuse

Sending messages that contain malware, spyware, or any harmful code
Using automated systems to send messages at volumes that exceed normal usage patterns
Manipulating message headers, routing information, or sender authentication records to obscure origin
Attempting to bypass spam filters or other protective mechanisms

3.4 Content Violations

Including false or misleading information in message headers or subject lines
Sending content that promotes illegal activities or violates applicable laws
Omitting required identification or contact information from commercial messages

4. Consent and Opt-In Requirements

All marketing or promotional communications sent through Lenvomrak's platform must be based on a clear and documented opt-in from each recipient. The following standards apply:

Explicit consent: Recipients must have actively agreed to receive communications, either through a sign-up form, confirmation message, or equivalent action

8. Third-Party Integrations
